FY2027 UPWP
The Unified Planning Work Program describes the proposed planning activities of the MPO for the given fiscal year (July 1 – June 30). The document is prepared annually.

The Northeast Arkansas Regional Transportation Planning Commission is collecting public comments on the Draft FY2027 UPWP. Public comments will be collected from April 5, 2026 to Tuesday, April 20, 2026 (15 days) in accordance with the MPO Public Participation Plan.
We would love to have your feedback on any and all aspects of the Draft FY2027 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP)! While all public comments will be incorporated into the finalized plan, no personal information is required.
